Pet-Friendly Living
It’s just not home without the whole family – aka, your pets. At Paradise Creek, we offer pet-friendly living because we want everyone to feel welcome. And between the open grassy areas, the nearby parks, and the incoming dog park, your pets are sure to love it here.
Two pets are allowed per household, and we do not have any weight or floor restrictions. The follow breed restrictions do apply: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers, American or Irish StaffordShire, Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, American Bulldogs, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernards, and Wolf Dog Hybrids

Pet Fees
Pets are always welcome, but we do require a non-refundable one-time pet fee of $300 and a monthly pet rent payment of $30 (per pet).
